Botanica Hills is wholly owned by Botanica EPE, a Greek registered company and whose shareholders (all active partners) are all Irish and English.
The partnership members have a successful record of development in different countries, including Ireland, Spain, Bulgaria.
Our engineers have successfully delivered completed (and now occupied) developments in Crete, which you are able to visit.
Security is key to buying any property and we ensure your peace of mind by, for example:
- Fully owning outright the land of our projects. (Not being purchased through mortgages or other debt vehicles).
- Ensuring at any time that at least two partners actively manage the project day-to-day, living in the locality from inception to completion.
- Providing sound financial and legal management excellence and control by always having fully qualified accountants and lawyers as part of the ownership team.
